if it plays good maxed out on Captain Awesome's 8800GTS a geforce 9600gt or radeon 3870  will run it just as good.

I'm waiting for ATI's HD 4000 series to launch in  3 months time myself, no money to upgrade anyway , and my system handles everything well enough right now .

Just removed the n00b thing to prevent any misconceptions

Well I didn't comment here b4 cause i was just havin too much damn fun playing the game. No idea it was this good.

Then i reach jeruselum. It sucks man. But i am thinking this need to be an original buy. But since we are playing a
pre-release from an alleged retail source, let us hope the final version doesn't have any of these problems (corrupted data).

And this was the most fun i had since call of duty 4. Now i have to wait till the end of march to see how it ends. Damn boy

There's a "fix" available, but I didn't get chance to try it last night (too busy watchin terminator finale). I'm just concerned that the fix only replaces the 2 exe's...could that be the only place the data is corrupt? I somehow doubt, but I'll let you know if it works out.

no worries czar, i already know of the alleged fix, and the guys who tried it first. It doesn't work. It is replacing the corrupted .forge files from the english version with the fully working one from the russian version. It is highly unstable and also in russian, so its no use.

And by the by, i have all the versions so i know what i am talking about. We will have to wait for this one to hit the store shelves to grab this one. Its a must buy. Except that the gameplay is getting a bit redundant, but the story is off the chain

Yeah I just got around to installing this fix. Instructions were fuzzy at best but a lil common sense is all thats needed. So I got into Jerusaleam and all seemed fine and dandy, except for some serious annoying jerking. Then I met up some people in the road, bounce them down with my horse and to my surprise they were talking english. Then I got to the guards by the entrance....russian. Dispatched of them, on to silently kill another guard with his back to me then BAM. Game crash harder than Lindsay Lohan crashed into that wall. No alt ctrl del, nothing stopped it save for a hard reset.

This was indeed very unfortunate because this game is great. I love the combat and gives me a serious POP vibe sans all the acrobatics. Could very well be my next game purchase.

You don't really need a reallly good machine to play this game. A 9600gt/8800gt would be just fine and would max it out.

Final version is releasing next week (8th Apr) so it wont be long again until we will be able to move on to Jerusalem.

I just thought it was a fluke but don't tell me this one has a glitch too when you try to enter a certain area..... :crybaby2: well until I reach that part I'll have to enjoy it for the while.

Looks like this will soon be uninstalled...
