try cloning the cable modems mac address in your router
is their a web interface for the modem, you could log in and search through them menus until you find it OR sometimes it is placed on the modem itself usually found with version number and serial.
Any of u guys use a next router with flow net and any of u getting problems.I got 2 next routers and just so it stopped working with flow internet.
