Well, folks, you're in luck.
This
Sunday the 25th of November, Chaos Legion is hosting a Yu-Gi-Oh! Tournament at the
UWI Student Activity Centre, at 10:00am sharp. Registration is currently being handled by Balki all this week at UWI
(I don't have his number on hand right now), but, please note, folks, that
Registration will NOT take place on the day of the tournament. Most likely, he will appear at UWI (the cafeteria area at the Student Activity Center) in the afternoons, between the hours of 4pm and 6pm.
The admission is
$100.00.
The first prize being offered is a
Playstation 3, and from what I'm told, a
PSP is also being offered as a second prize.
lol uwi is north though. its east, but its north lol
you wanna know if there are any in the west? not really
spk hate west people nah so they doh ever have none we side
Sorry, but I think the saying goes "Weak excuse here bring."
If you want action so badly, then come on down when it's brought. As I recall, there were
quite a few tournaments in the West already before all of the action fell back to UWI, which isn't at all too far out of the way. I'm sorry, Crixx, but I'm hearing that
"If only you guys had tournaments down here, I'd show you a thing or two!" excuse way too often now. We've had people come down from
South, and that's
waaay out of the way for them.
If you have something to prove, then do yourself a big favour.
PROVE IT.
ok then but i heard about this big tourny..plz post more info...btw if i go inot pos how do i travel down to uwi?
Well, simple enough. Head down to City Gate, and take an Arima bound Maxi.
Tell the driver that you want to go to UWI (which is in St. Augustine). Now, technically, there are
two stops for UWI. One is by a bridge and after that, there is a crosswalk by the traffic lights.
Stop the Maxi by the traffic lights, and, as you get off the maxi, walk across the road and right though the gates.
Then, just walk straight ahead. Keep walking dead ahead (no matter how thin the passage gets, keep going straight!) until you reach the food court, which has places like KFC and Subway inside.
You are not going in the food court.
Instead, hang a left until you reach the pink building. That's the Student Activity Center. You should see the cafeteria area right as you're walking towards it, and the air conditioned rooms that the tournament is being hosted in is right upstairs.
Hope that helps!
