They recently changed my modem, and the only significant change is that there are more bloody disconnects.

Progress eh.....

Well the paradyne aint all that bad, it just takes a little getting used to the configuration settings as its no where as simple and easy as the speedstream...

but alas, speedstream/paradyne wont really matter to me now would it because im getting flow 6mbit this week b1tche$ i'm richhh!!!

I am , pings are 2000ms and bandwidth is down to 500k.  Prowl also , likely TSTT having problems... or the storm up in the bahamas is affecting internet traffic.

blink=terrible

Today its worse than dialup.

Generally disconnects are very frequent for me too since that shittyass paradyne. Wasn't like that with my old speedtouch modem. Thinking of using it again.

lol this was on the news. Works fine now though. It was weird I was downloading @ 1kbps with infinite hours remaining on a file then all of a sudden I see the file finish...thought the download had crashed but turned out speed's back to normal.
You have part of my attention - you have the minimum amount.

anyone been to any of TSTT's websites today?

Well have a look (if they ent fix it already):

www.tstt.net.tt

www.bmobile.co.tt

www.tstt3g.co.tt

ALL their sites are suddenly down. Lime green background with the text "We are experiencing some technical difficulties. Please be patient while we resolve the problem." ( one site is back up and they've changed the error page design to a more eye-friendly design since) One of my customers reported getting no email but have net access... anyone else with same?
