Hear this bottom line is that contract thing on the Tstt forum for real... No more than 4gigs transfer a day...  I know ppl "WASD" moving 1 gig in upload alone on his normal aka no Blink connection... Cause i gonna be relocating to Vistabella for a few months and debating taking blink when i get there...

Well bro I called a rep to confirm this recently and here is what he said to me

During peak hours, you are not allowed to move more than 4gigs of data through p2p per day

I had to be very certain so i broke it down to him. It went a little something like this

Ulti:
So 4gigs a day, what is the point of having all this bandwidth if that is all that you can download or upload

rep:
No no no, you misunderstand me, thats 4gigs during peak hours.

Ulti:
Peak hours, and when is that

rep:
Between 6 to 11pm.

Ulti:
So I can't download anything amounting to 4gigs during peak hours

rep:
Well that is just for p2p, you know, limewire and thing like that

Ulti:
And what happen if you cross it

rep:
well first you will be warned and then if you continue you will be banned for a total of 3 days from connecting to p2p programs
(by the way, I have confirmed this to be true)

Ulti:
So what about http transfers.

rep:
well all that ok

Ulti:
So during peak hours i can make as much http and ftp transfers as i please with no worries of being penalised

rep:
yes

Ulti:
Well i still think it is crap because i mean i paying for unlimited and if i have to stop my program it means i not getting unlimited. Don't u?

rep:
Well it isn't for too long as we are trying to ensure all internet users enjoy a fast internet experience (textbook answer, something to that effect)

Ulti:
All right then

rep:
is there anything else i can help you with

Ulti:
No thats it thanks

rep:
well thank you for choosing blink broadband

Ulti:
Yeah yeah sure.

I hope that answers your question.

PS I signed no such contract

you will need a premium rapidshare account or how to use proxies if you planning to use those file storage sites, since the hardware tstt using now has an issue with renewing ip addresses (your ip dose not change)

http://www.windwardtelecom.net/about/default.asp

Theres even more bandwidth coming in from another company... Soon grenada and the other small islands will be hooked into our local fibre , inter island gaming will be possible with low pings.. like 50 ms .

Bandwidth probably won't be an issue anymore, we just have to worry about Flow and TSTT's service.. which ent reach by me yet!
