Also, last night, I was at Best Buy and actually saw some Wii systems on a pallet in the middle of the store. It was the first time I actually saw them "in the wild". I'm guessing that shipment came in yesterday and will be gone by today. I saw a demo unit of Rock Band with the drums (without the bass pedal) and the guitar. A girl was playing drums and was doing really well.

For anyone in the US, next Tuesday you can get Super Mario Galaxy at Toys 'R Us for $50 and you get a free $25 gift card. You can add that game to my list now because of that deal.

Ok guys...I a bit unsure of what to spend my money on...
I want everything on my wish list...But I could probably fund about 4 of those games
So I narrow down the list to the following:

Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction (PS3)
Eye of Judgment (PS3)
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune (PS3)
Assassin's Creed (PS3)
Haze (PS3)
Call of Duty 4 (PC)

So I cut it down to the above list....
Call of Duty 4 is a sort of confirmed purchase....

Assassin's Creed rated SO SO good...and I want an Assassin game...

And Ratchet....pretty, fun Ratchet.... sigh...

Uncharted... that demo was incredibly fun... (never played Tomb Raider so new and different for me)

Haze.....4 Player Local Co-op/Online ..... (in a home with 2 other gamers + a cousin who games alot = 4)

What ya'll suggest?

In other news, my GH3 arrived yesterday, all I have to say is "SWEEEEEEEEET!!!!!"

Playing on the guitar is harder than I initially thought, but it ran on my laptop, it ran like crap (had to remove the crowds and drop resolution to play it), but it still ran, and my laptop doesn't meet the video card requirements - it called for a minimum of a Geforce Go 7600 and I have the 7300....

The guitar battle against Tom Morello from Rage Against The Machine was sweet though .

I can see myself playing that game after I down a bottle of vodka though....play like a rockstar!!!

SPK, wait until you get some of the harder songs. There are some real gems in there. Apprentice, you can still have enough to get 1 game and Rock Band. If not Rock Band, at least consider Guitar Hero III. On another note, I have Super Mario Galaxy in my hands.

Well I know the playlist, I was looking around for ages before I got the game. Played for another hour and change today, reached Tier 6, beating out Slash on my 2nd try... Welcome To The Jungle was madddd!!!! Oddly enough though, it was really satisfying to play Black Magic Woman...hopefully by tomorrow i should have played just about all songs, or at least reach to Tier 8...

Well I beat it already on the keyboard today, but I have to sit down sometime after exams and play out the last tier on guitar.

Definitely second that thought. If you want real pressure, download the guitar battle with Lou called "The Devil Went Down To Georgia". It is free from Xbox Live along with the other 2 guitar battles. That song go make your fingers start cramping quarter way through (on Medium).
