Oh HELL yeah!!!  In most cases, OCing uses more electricity to drive components over-spec.  This extra electrical activity always
generates more heat.  Heat causes electrical resistance, which impedes the max OC you can get if all your components
can be pushed (electrically).

For PCs, air cooling (fans) are the norm.  Liquid cooling is preferred, but risky (and not to mention, is therapy to setup and mantain),
and Thermaltake knows how to build em.  If we had that, we coulda OC our current rigs a LOT more, and not have to worry about
overheating.

Water cooling is the most economical way after just using alot of fans and hot air. Thermaltake does know how to make cases and water cool, actually your only choices are thermaltake and coolermaster for cases with built in water cooling anyway and coolermaster is better for their air cooling than they are vs thermaltake for water.

^^ what those guys said. Still, there are excellent air solutions available out there for ~ $50. If financially feasible by all means, go for water, but if you're going water, make sure its damn good. Otherwise, a good case with a decent air cooler will suit you just fine. Just to give you an idea, on air cooling using an Arctic Freezer 7, im getting temps of 53-55 celcius under FULL LOAD @ 3.4ghz!! So yeah, water is nice, but air gets you there as well.
