hoss i watching bbc world at 2:03 in the morning and i hear bush sat say NEUCULER twiceithought i hear wrong but then he say it again oh snap i gonna see if i could find a link for the video on bbc site
that supposed to be nu-clear but the man say nuculer that so retarded.
