Got the WSOD during file transfer of MP3s to phone in File transfer mode.


I have read up that a flashing of the phone will help but I have great difficulty in trying to flash the phone.


Anyone here ever did it before and can offer assistance?

Check here to download SE Update Service, install and just follow the instructions. Make sure you have your cable handy. This will update your phone to the latest firmware available. If the phone already has the latest version, the process will flash the phone and install a freh copy. No data on your sim/memory card will be lost. I did this on my w810 and its still alive.

I tried with mine but it kept on telling me no java virtual machine detected.

Got kinda frantic when I saw that. I kinda miss my phone
