Ummm, if I may interject here. It has ben shown that large amounts of CPU cache is beneficial only in certain specialized applications like heavy duty video encoding and 3d rendering (read maya) and such. There is very little advantage when it comes to gaming power.Yes the q6300 has half the cache which sounds like a lot less. It IS a lot less but will the difference be very noticable? Not so much.And if I have taught you guys anything, its that a "lowly" cpu can be whittled and used as a bullpistle on those higher end cpu's benchie wise. So yea...
