Lovely case! I see the PSU on a couple shots but in the later ones it disappears.

i recon cable management should be a snap with this case without any mods...

but what i'm really interested in... is the thermal performance of the case...
give us your views moving from the case u had before

The major cable management is finished.  I just need to find somewhere to put those unused PSU cables.
Or maybe I just have to wrap and tiem em up very nicely right there in front of the PSU.  They'll be out
of the way of the main airflow anyway. Suggestions are welcome.

As for overall system temps, and most importantly, GPU temps, I've seen definite improvements.
I'm now seeing a CPU idle temp of 42C (down from 49C), and max load temp of 55C (down from 60C).

As for the GPU, with a 'fanhack' speed of 50% (approx 3800 RPM), max load temp is now 75C, down from
the danger area of 92 - 94C, which actually caused the system to crash due to GPU overheating.  Thanks to the l33t airflow,
I no longer have that problem.  I can now comfortably play Grid, which really punishes the GPUs temps-wise.
I really wish ATI would improve their fanspeed scaling in their drivers.  A default fanspeed of 24% for this card is ludicrous.

All in all, a big improvement in every way over the Armor Jr.

So, in short, if you're not quite ready for liquid cooling, this is the case for you.

yea, i dont know w hat wrong to Nvidia and ATI with dese rediculous fan profiles.

And the Antec P180 is a nice case for air as well. separate compartment for PSU and HDD realy helps drop system temps.

arent there holes in the motherboard shelf that u can send the cables through?... if there are... then thats the solution... if not and u have a dremel... dremel that bastard... other than that gettin the out of the way of airflow is the top priority... asthetics is up to u.. so tyin them up neatly down by the psu should suffice

do u have a proper side case fan on?

Look at the pics again.  I routed all the power and drive cables in use there, but I'm out of space.
I could barely get that side cover on afterwards.

I'll think of something.....

oh... ok if u get a proper case fan and can put ur side case on then i see a significant decrease in temps yet again... especially on the gpu

think of it more like a mini circular saw... but different bits can be used... drill bits etc

want to know what a dremil is?

Its a must have tool for case modding }-}

Cut holes, drill holes, carve stuff, sand stuff, get my driff , lololol

My thermaltake fans couldnt mount on my Themrl Right heatsink, becuase of the screw tunnel.
Used my dremil, and saw off he backside, and sand it smooth, now fits like a charm, and looks profesional }-}
