I was just browsing through some products at dollarshops.eu and noticed at their frontpage the entire line-up of Radeon HD 2400/2600 products announced and scheduled for July 1st.

Now by itself that's nothing revealing .. but earlier today i had a chat with two other board-partners and we discussed pricing. So I do expect the HD 2600 XT for example to perform below the GeForce 8600 GT .. but the prices are insanely low; check this out as the HD 2600 XT 256MB will only cost just 99 EUR/USD !
