If you could learn any justsu and I mean jutsu. Which one would you want to master? Personally I would want to learn Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. Work would be so easy with that, even if i am alone.

Mankekyou sharingan , mind control , predict future to a certain extent , teleportation of objects , and fire jutsu all in one, not to mention it looks cool :p and i'd never need glasses again .

Sharingan is the ultimate jutsu.
And for the noobs yes its a jutsu, its a doujutsu requiring chakra for its releasing, making it very much a jutsu.

Mangekyou is the ultimate expression of said jutsu, like the bankai form of it although hmm for alll we know, itachi might have surpassed even the Mangekyou.

Kage bushin might seem old but it keeps coming in usefull.

Combine it with Kopshus* no Jutsu and you will be unstoppable.
