and yes there is a definite rpg feel to the way you play the game now, it seems that they wanted you to feel the character you were playing rather than just say 'wtf the hero...scene...leh we roll'

Well after seeing the ratings on Amazon its split between 1 star and 5 stars but over all it has a 3 star rating an most of the complaints on there is that you only get to play one faction, lack of offline mode, no LAN play and Account problems.

Yea I know but I was on the fence when i heard they were turning into a trilogy so i can understand why they are really pissed off with only the Terrans to play as in this first installment.

campaign is meaty(17-20 hours on normal, longer if on hard),

online play is best out there for any rts right now.

PC AND Mac dude, besides they not complaining bout the factions online they complaining that is only the Terrans that are available in the single player instead of all 3 thats why i was disappointed that they decided to do a Trilogy instead of a complete sequel.

Its what they wanted! They wanted a sequel just like the first one with all 3 factions available to play in the campaign an they didnt get that this time so they have a reason to be disappointed.

Also I just noticed on the Wiki article for SC2 that they are thinking bout bringing back LAN to the game so the fellas who were going ape$hit in the early pages of this thread be happy an HOPE this idea works.

The Korean Leagues for the first Starcraft thrived on LAN competitions you take that way cause of piracy the League dies an you will have ALOT of pissed of Koreans (not even the North would stop them if they had the chance) so this will be good news for them.

ive heard that blizzard is tailoring a game dat works on lan,and artificialy infaltes ping, to exmulate and online expereince, and said version is to be used for compititon, either way, dat wont reach d hands of d public. blizzard wnat everybody on battlenet. and d interface is so great, i dont blame dem.

And koreans will buy starcraft by d buckets, even if blizzard split it in 10 lol

We bought bfbc2 for the MP!
we also bought Craft for the MP and as a bonus we have an awesome SP to go along with it. My only wish is that toss was the first campaign instead of filthy terrans. Just like in dow, i hardly play the campaign cause again have to play filthy terran instead of eldar, but i loves me my mp
