Does anyone have or know where i can get a new battery for an APC ups battery backup 500 va.  300w?


The battery with mine recently conked out, so Im looking to acquire a new one. I have no idea what the price of the battery itself is so please bear with me.

Have you tried contacting the local APC agents? I dont know who they are but a quick browse through the yellow pages can answer that question. Generally though, when it comes to replacing batteries in ups's, it is usually more cost effective to just replace the whole unit instead.

I have heard of a Place in Fernandes Ind. Estate, Laventille that replaces UPS batteries.

I myself am in need of a new battery for my APC 725VA UPS (Which cost $700 at time of purchase 3 years ago; STILL costs $700 now!)

Never got around to checking them out personally, but I have their number. PM me if you want it.

A replacement battery for that particular unit shouldn't cost you no more than $150. give me a pm and I will see what I can do to help you out with this.
