Cowon iAudio X5 for music, though it plays really tiny video. got it for the ogg support. has a bunch of other features too. one of those kitchen sink mp3 players.
GP2X mainly for video. It's an open source gaming centric pmp, so i have it running nes, snes, gba, mame, neogeo emulators, as well as the simple (supertux) open source games as well. One of these days i'll review it

I use and Archos AV500...5 inch viewing area, 100gb hd, works as DVR with direct plug in from any RCA-AV...and it's compact enuff considering viewing area...only thing I'd have done different, is they have a pda version now with touch screen...but it's quite a bit more expensive.
