i agree.....change the OS to XP Pro, and that'll be a nice deal actually.....for the price, u could get a bigger monitor and some better speakers though....kinda low ended 5.1 surround sound speakers...

the 9700 pro is almost twice as fast as the geforce 4 TI 4600 with AA and aniso enabled . IT has better colour and texture quality and DX9 shaders . Tho the geforce 4 won't crash on halo...

/me calls 5 friends over to the comparison party.....

a geforce FX 5200 ultra for 500 TT will be a geat deal......
a non ultra will give you FPS worse than a Geforce 4 MX 440 64 mb .
take my friend for instance.. he has to run halo at Low settings just to get smooth FPS with an athlon xp 2500 and 512mb of DDR.
I can run halo on high quite smooth as long as the game doesn't need physics processing on my PIII 850mhz with 256mb and a Radeon 8500 128mb

if you want it for using and not gaming its good .
