I need to get 2 x 512MB DDR SODIMM memory modules for a Toshiba Satellite I'm upgrading. 266MHz or 333MHz, willing to consider 400MHz if that's priced right.

Willing to spend up to $900 for the pair.

With some research I saw that your laptop (Satellite A60) can take up to 1.25GB.
256MB unremovable + the slot for the RAM you want to put in

So you really need a single 1GB stick of RAM, which will max out the RAM on the laptop anyway.
