Okay, first off, consider saving a couple of hundred of dollars, and go purchase the Warrior and Spellcaster Structure decks, those can help you build a decently competitive deck with not much hassle...

I dissagree with those zombie decks there, i'd rather run one more up to date with countering the deck styles out now. I mean necrofear is cool and everything but, not for this meta game style going down in this country right now, not at all.

Judgement of Anubis
Judgement of Anubis
Darkruler Hades
Jinzo
Cyber Dragon
Cyber Dragon
Cyber Dragon
Breaker
Mystic Tomato
Archfiend Soldier
Elite Goblin Attack Force
Newdoria
Sangan
Faith
Faith
Night's Assailant
Treeborn frog
Kuriboh
Exile Force
D.D.Warrior Lady

Heavy Storm
Typhoon
Brain Control
Brain Control
Enemy Controller

Swords
Crossout
Crossout
Premature
Book of moon
Scapegoats
Graceful Charity
pot of Averis

Torrential
Call of the Haunted
Waboku
Royal decree

D.D. Virus

And there you have Balki's perfect Anti graveyard and effect fiend deck structure, whoever can build it will have some serious wins to look forward to in tournament, trust me.

A Red-Eyes BLack Dragon deck?
Interesting.
Here's what I can recommend.

REMOVE:

Monsters:

- Red Eyes Darkness Dragon
- Element Dragon
- Armed Dragon Level 7
- Armed Dragon Level 10
- Slate Warrior

Spells:

- Reload x 2
- The Graveyard in the 4th Dimension
- Nobleman of Crossout (you can only have 1 per deck.)

Traps:

- Curse of Anubis
- Trap Jammer
- The Dragon's Bead
- Dragon's Rage x 2
- Interdimensional Matter Transporter x 2

Alright. Before I go any further, let me explain myself.

First of all, NOMI monsters can severely hamper your chances of winning a duel. True, they are powerful, but, more often than not, they are dead draws, especially when you topdeck. This includes REDD and Armed Dragons 7 and 10. Furthermore, you're packing WAY too many Tributes. As a rule of thumb, the maximum you should have is 4. I'm counting 6, three of which is NOMI. Keeping in the spirit of the deck, I have left Red-Eyes Black Dragon alone, despite the fact that he is a horrible 2 Tribute monster that can easily get K.O.ed by a one Tribute Monarch.

Slate Warrior has no place in this deck, especially if you're packing only one.
As for Element Dragon.....I frown on cards that need certain types to be on the field. It's better if you leave him out.

Now, here is what I would add to the deck, in terms of monsters.

+ Jinzo
+ Sangan
+ Spear Dragon x 3
+ Spirit Reaper

Had it been just a normal Dragon Deck, I'd preach a different sermon completely, because those Red-Eyes would be gone, gone, gone. However, it's not, apparently, so, add these to your deck. It boggles me why Sangan isn't there to begin with.

With regards to Spells:

+ Pot of Avarice
+ Brain Control
+ Enemy Controller
+ Card Destruction or Card Trader(Watch out for Dark World)
+ Inferno Fire Blast (Optional)

Reload is always going to be a -1, and not even a guarantee that your new hand would be any better. Pot of Avarice was made for this deck, because of the Masked Dragons. I advise Card Destruction because you can simply dump Red Eyes to revive him later, or draw him sooner. Also, if you are running a Red Eyes deck....then where is Inferno Fire Blast? That's a staple in this deck. Run two of each. (Dragon and Blast).

Traps:

+ Mirror Force
+ Torrential Tribute
+ Sakuretsu Armor x 2
+ Ring of Destruction

Right off the bat, I can tell you that you are running WAY too many Traps, half of them being situational. Put cards that will help you regardless of what happens, and ditch the arbitrary Traps.

Now, personally, a Red Eyes Black Dragon deck in my opinion, probably won't do as well, because of Monarchs and the aggresive direction the game as taken. However, if I was to recommend a really devious Dragon deck:

1 x Blue Eyes White Dragon
1 x Red Eyes Black Dragon
2 x Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV 6
1 x Tyrant Dragon
1 x Jinzo
1 x Twin Headed Behemoth
1 x Sangan
1 x Spirit Reaper
1 x Morphing Jar
1 x D.D. Warrior Lady
2 x King of the Swamp
3 x Masked Dragon
2 x Divine Dragon Ragnarok
3 x Hydrogeddon
1 x Chiron the Mage

Spells:

1 x Dimension Fusion
1 x Future Fusion
1 x Overload Fusion
1 x Dragon's Mirror
1 x Giant Trunade
1 x Pot of Avarice
1 x Mystical Space Typhoon
1 x Card Destruction
1 x Premature Burial
1 x Nobleman of Crossout
1 x Lightning Vortex
1 x Heavy Storm
1 x Swords of Revealing Light
1 x Snatch Steal
1 x Brain Control
1 x Creature Swap

Traps:

1 x Ring of Destruction
1 x Call of the Haunted
1 x Mirror Force
1 x Torrential Tribute
2 x Return from the Different Dimension

FUSION DECK:

2 x Five Headed Dragon
2 x King Dragun
1 x Black Skull Dragon

Key cards in bold.
