Right outside the TSTT building. Not the B mobile building but the other one closer to wrightson road. There are a ton of hotspots in POS you can access for free but I thing that should be the subject of another thread.

Shots in stereo. The AIDS man cometh!

all b mobiel outlets have wifi... TSTT ftw..

Best internet would probably be FLow if you could get it , 512k for the price of tstts 256k before discounts , lower ping etc.

lol @ greendot.

TSTT DSL is first choice.

Flow DSL is second choice (they are using TSTT for their backbone so performance is pretty much identical)

TSTT EVDO is third (Note, EVDO ranks first for downloading as it is twice as fast as residential DSL but the higher latency makes it sucky for FPS/RTS gaming and places it third in that respect)

For everything else there is master card.

Since when EVDO is twice the speed of TSTT DSL???
I using EVDO..and the download speeds I get are from 10-20kb/s (average)

occasional it will go to 40kb/s..but i ain't see that in months...

Are you sure about Flow has lower ping and what are the prices.

A number of factors need to be takein into consideration, not least of which is the location where the device is used. Fantasy V evdo connection is actually a little over twice as fast as 256k DSL

exactly, which is another factor in favour of DSL. It is constant.

32K forever and ever.

With the EVDO, you could cruise today at 90K and then fall into an abysmal 20K tomorrow. No guarantees. That said, in the areas that I have used it, the performance has been typically twice that of DSL more often than not. That is a conservative figure.

As for flow, they realised that satellite would suck and got into bed with TSTT for provision of internet. This is a good thing.

It means they offer DSL comparable performance over the cable network. When they get their own bandwidth, things could get even sweeter!

Their coverage isn't that great though. You won't get FLOW internet everywhere that has cable just yet.

wait awhile for flow to launch officially ,  some guys testing it reported 80ms pings and lower with 512k as the starting package for unlimited , going up to 2mbit for 1100 tt . Though if you live in some bush place its not coming by you anytime soon .
