You would have to use a load balancing device or link aggregator. Neither are easy and neither are cheap.

I'm pretty sure you're stuck with hardware solutions...and even then it doesn't magically double your bandwidth. Technically all it does is route traffic through the less busy line...

and the bridge connection option of windows what dose that do

It's for connecting (bridging) private netwroks. So like if you have 2 separate LAN segments for instance, you place a machine with 2 network cards on each of the segments and use the bridge feature to connect them. You would use a network bridge as an alternative to a router.
