I have actually used the PC2-8888 Dominator on a customers build and it performs outstanding. One thing is for sure, its not for your average joe, be prepared to shell out serious $$$ for these.

The thing about these gosu modules and parts is do you REALLY see the difference? other than in benchmarks that is?

I think its kinda true what your saying, the performance really lies in the numbers. For the most part the average user doesn't need this stick of memory, but if your one that is looking for the maximum performance out of each part, these really do the trick. The new heatsink and pcb design allows for the oc'ers to get a little crazy with the numbers they can clock out of these modules and not have to worry about overheating.

Well I guess.. though those really crazy to overclock will say fiah for air cooling and find somethign better... peltier... Nitrogen... phase cooling...etc I think these are novelties at best mostly.
