Lord have mercy. It's like watching a list of people needing to be pistol whipped.
Seriously.....suing somebody just becaue you look like him? Expecting compensation because you can't control your own child who you end up breaking your leg over when you trip on him?

America seriously needs to revise its laws so that people would not be able to sue over things that were their own damn fault to begin with. I swear, that country is just infested with whiners who expect their boo-boos to get kissed everytime they get scratched. The fact that juries even allow this sort of crap to happen just makes me ill, and want to lob paintballs filled with hydrochloric acid at the courthouses.

I petition we write a letter. Something that goes:

"Dear Legal System,

For the love of God and all that is holy, STOP rewarding people for their own blatant stupidity, and let them learn that if it's their own damn fault, they should lick their wounds and walk away, and try not to be such morons next time.

Best regards,
People who have COMMON SENSE.

Guaranteed, if I only have the chance to meet somebody like that, I'd gladly greet them....with the blunt end of a rusty shovel, that is. Then I'd probably have thier lower halves boiled in walnut oil so that these clowns won't contaminate the gene pool any further with their retarded offspring. GOD.

LOLOLOL.... Americans really ridiculous when it comes to laws eh lol. Fuss they like to sue, a day i was in the mall and a lady pass close by me and her bag just grazed my hand and when she realised now she was like O_o "OH MY GAAADDD!!! I'm so sorry (times 1000)"... The way she was apologizing you could swear the bag injured me or something. I've never heard someone apologized SO much in my life LOL! (or maybe it was the 'cut-eye' i gave her that got her scared lol) ^_^

I'm sure i could have carried her in court for that LOL. But then again she might of counter-sued my @$$ for the cut-eye i gave her.. ha haaaaa...*shakes head*

I heard once of a guy who committed a minor traffic offense and the officer decided to not give him a ticket. Guy turns and sue the city/police for not issuing the ticket and won..If only i could find the article now...

In Atlanta GA I think it's unlawful for a guy to give another guy a piggy back ride...

"Sued the rescue workers who saved her
Barbara Connors of Medfield, Mass. Connors was riding in a car driven by her 70-year-old(!) son-in-law when they crashed into the Connecticut River, and Connors sank with the car. Rescue divers arrived within minutes and got her out alive, but Connors suffered brain damage from her near-drowning. Sue the driver? Sure, we guess that's reasonable. But she also sued the brave rescue workers who risked their lives to save hers. "

lol...reminds me of the Incredibles

yu  see that case with the guy in australia

in america, i saw on judge joe brown once
this woman done she husband who was in  the army while he was away, she say he was hornin she.
but in fact she was hornin him, and the child that he raised as his own for 5 years was not his child.
Sounds the same right? well... in america, there is a law stating that if you are a man, that has been taking kare of a child and treating it as your own, you are legally obligated to continue to pay child maintainence even if it is found it is not your child. Once yu have been taking kare of the child for more than a year or 2.

The man was like :O you cant be serious????
But its not my child!!
aand yu know the even worse part?
the woman said she knew who the real father was all along, and she even told the judge that, but the LAW requires he still continues paying.... poor black man

Ish like that adds weight to why I auto-disqualify ANY woman I may meet and I might be interested in and discover she has a kid...

I'd have told the judge flat:
"You better jail my @$$ forthwith, I am NOT paying another cent for a that child... I am going to quit my job now and file for bankruptcy and live on the street/live in jail until such time that the LAW is changed.... lobby campaign, whatever it takes!!"

Then I'd beat the @$$ out of that B1tch as fast as she reach out of the courthouse...

OR.. simply wait till the child reach 18 and then sue the woman back for EVERY maintenance cent paid for the last 16 years!!
